Sergio Chapa a beloved friend to Railroad Commission candate, Sarge Summers has hinted us of his sudden and unexpected passing away on the 9th of February, 2022. Sarge Summers, according to his friend Sergio Chapa was involved in an auto accident on the afore mentioned date.
We extend sincere and heartfelt condolences to the many friends, loved ones and accomplices of the deceased, we ask that God grants them the fortitude to bear the great loss. We also ask that the excesses of the deceased be pardoned and that his soul rest peacefully in the bosom of his creator.
