Sharyn Schnepel obituary – Death, Sharyn Schnepel Has Passed Away

Sharyn Tapley Schnepel, born in Natick on the 11th of May, 1946, who was also a longtime resident of Woods Lane in Ipswich Town, and the beloved and caring spouse of late Lawrence Schnepel, has sadly passed away on February 1st, 2022, which happened to be a Tuesday, in the Kaplan Hospice House, Danvers after a brief illness.

The 1964 graduate of Medfield High School, furthered her education at University of Maine in Orono, and came out gloriously with a with a bachelor’s degree in education and further received a master’s degree from Simmons College in Boston, In 1967
Sharyn met her husband Larry and they both got married in Medfield in the year 1969, just two years after they had met.

The deceased and her spouse Larry after their marriage resided in Salem, N.H., and in the year 1976 relocated to Woods Lane, in 1968, the deceased began teaching home economics at the Ipswich Junior High School, and then continued her teaching exercise at the Ipswich Middle School.

Sharyn Tapley was a great teacher as she had taught many sets and generations of students many skills which include cooking, family and consumer sciences, and sewing, and in the year 2004, after 35 years of selfless servce as an educator she retired.

Immediately after her retirement, the deceased served at the Crane Beach’s Snack Bar and and also as a volunteer for the Ipswich Visitors Center and the Dinner Bell. Sharyn is survived by a son, his beautiful wife, Kimberly, of Groveland, grandchildren and other members of the extended family.
