Joseph Weisend Death – Obituary: A man died Sunday when his utility terrain vehicle crashed in Hempfield Township, the Westmoreland County Coroner’s Office said.
Joseph Weisend, 51, was driving on Rocky Mountain Road and failed to negotiate a curve, sending the UTV into a tree before overturning.
Weisend was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 7 p.m.
