Cheryl Aronson Obituary – Death, Cheryl Aronson Has Passed Away

Hillel International, a Nonprofit Organization whose sole aim is to enrich the lives of Jewish students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world, are mourning the sudden demise of a friend and beloved colleague Cheryl Aronson, who passed away on Sunday, the 30th of January, 2022.

The late Cheryl became a member of the great Hillel International as the VP of Israel Engagement and Immersive Experiences back then in year 2020, was so much loved and respected by many of her colleagues and friend both the ones in the Hillel movement and the broader Jewish world.

The deceased spanned more than three decades, not excluding her years at CP, and the Combined Jewish Philanthropies in Boston. Every time Cheryl is held in a conversation she cannot do without mentioning her great love for for the Jewish people, the Jewish students whose lives she impacted, and the land of Israel.

The Hillel International Posted on Facebook a tribute which read ”We are devastated by her loss, and sharing our love and our prayers with Cheryl’s mother, Esther, her family, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and being inspired by Cheryl…………”

We send heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased, we ask that they receive comfort at this time of mourning their beloved. We also deeply commiserate with the Hillel International, we ask that they receive the fortitude to bear the loss.
