Ron Frederick Obituary – Death, Ron Frederick Cause Of Death

A 1999 Southmoreland graduate, Ron Frederick, had been interviewed and accepted to begin work at Southmoreland football club as their new coach, but it is just so unfortunate that Frederick died suddenly early Thursday morning of unknown causes, just a day after he landed the dream job.

Southmoreland High School located in Westmoreland County in western Pennsylania, which is about 40 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, were hit hard by this sad news after the former coach of the team, Keefer waited to see Frederick at the small “signing ceremony” they planned for him, but unfortunately Frederick didn’t show up as it was reported that Frederick was not feeling well.

The Southmoreland team received a news which hit them so hard, Frederick, the Southmoreland school district resident who lived with his wife and three young children, was said to have passed on at a very young age of 40 years, just few days to his resumption to the office as a new coach.

The ex – Southmoreland’s coach Keefer who has been heading the great team for the past four seasons before resigning in December, paid tribute to Frederick who according to him was his offensive line coach.

Frederick served as an account executive for Medi Home Health and Hospice, and also as a standout lineman at Southmoreland in the 1990s before he played at the University of Tulsa. Frederick also served as assistant at Ringgold and Charleroi. He is survived by his wife and three children.
